PMI makes its space, equipment, and staff expertise available to the community at affordable rates. Proceeds support Lumpen Radio and Co-Prosperity programming.
Co-Prosperity Events and Space Rental
Rates start at $1200/day
*Discounts are available for community nonprofits and mutual aid programs, starting at $600. Fundraising events are full price.
This rate includes one staff member to facilitate your event, one meeting/site visit to plan, and basic sound support. We also offer AV equipment rental, sound technicians, bar service, and catering options at competitive rates. Note that there will usually be an exhibition up in the space.

Lumpen Radio + TV AV Services
We offer on-site AV broadcasts and recordings from Lumpen Radio Studio, Co-Prosperity and off-site services including hybrid event livestreams.
Our services include: Virtual Event Broadcasts (i.e. Zoom panel/performance), Audio Recording Services, Audio Post-Production Editing, audio and radio production training, and equipment rental (Cameras, Lights, Audio Gear, 5G Mobile Hotspot and more).
Rates start at $100/hour; proceeds go to support Lumpen Radio’s work to amplify community voices.

Magazine Ads and Radio Underwriting
Lumpen Radio Underwriting: starting at $480/package
Underwriting announcements are available on our 24-hour community radio station; send us 2-3 sentences and we’ll record an air underwriting spots throughout the day for different durations. Allow one week for approval and recording of short texts.
Lumpen Magazine Ads: starting at $225/ quarter page
Print ads for Lumpen Magazine and other publications are available multiple times a year. These ads work best as longer-lasting promotions.
